2026 Rotary Enterprise Leadership Conference Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders

Our Founder & CEO, Ardi Arian, recently participated in the 2026 Rotary Enterprise Leadership Conference (ELC), a community service project that provides a three-day business leadership program for students.


For the second year in a row, Ardi helped the next generation of entrepreneurs develop and refine their own business plans and supported them with their final team presentations. As well as developing a core skill, this experience empowers students to think boldly and build with purpose.


Watching these young leaders present their ideas is a reminder of why community investment matters. Congratulations to all the students who participated, and for all the bright futures ahead!
